How much does it cost?

It’s completely free to run your own store.

How much do I get paid?

Depends on products and promotion. We have a base rate of 10% of the sale, but our promotions can add on further commission.

What products do you offer?

We’re starting with a wide range of products. From Paleo cereals and coconut oil to organic protein powder and gels for cyclists. We have a range to cover all scenarios and most allergies,  to help you create the perfect box for your clients, and we’re adding more all the time!

When do I get paid?

We pay our partners every fortnight after their sale has been closed. A closed sale is when your client receives their box and doesn’t return it within the allowed return time.  You’ll be able to see your balance at any time!

When do our clients get their box of products?

Shipping time depends on the location. We try to use express shipping where possible, so usually between 1-3 business days. We’re also fully integrated with Shippit – which allows your clients to track their delivery and reroute their box if they’re not home.

Who handles refunds and return shipping?

We take care of all customer service enquiries for you, including refunds and returns.
